I really believe that at some point we’ll get there and be able to offer mobile apps as a part of our service. For now we’re trying to stick to what we know, there are still things to do with KOTF and its features so we are busy with that.
Does KOTF have all the features of Facebook?
KOTF doesn’t have all the features of Facebook, but it has everything you need to get started. We’ll be adding more features as we go. If you have a question regarding KOTF’s features just let us know. Why can’t I just create a group on Facebook? Countless reasons like privacy and security. In addition, you have total control over the content, no censorship and true freedom of speech. Most important reason is that you would actually have your own group.
How long are shipping times?
We are usually able to ship anywhere in the world in 8-12 days, however in some cases it may take 6-8 weeks for delivery, this mostly applies to our free product giveaways as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer, a fair trade off for a free product. Do you offer order tracking?
Most of the time we offer product tracking, however in some cases it may be unavailable, if that’s the case, contact us at [insert email] and we will keep you up to date on your order as best as we can!

When will my order ship?
We generally can process orders within 24 hours of payment being processed and can take 1-3 days to ship. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and from different warehouses. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders will arrive within 8-12 days, however in some cases it may take up to 8 weeks for delivery to most locations around the world.

Why am I missing items?
Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we’ll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you’ll know!

We’re aware that using a Credit Card online can be scary! We don’t store any Credit Card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else, so you can rest assured, any purchase you make with us is as secure as it gets!
We strongly believe in and stand behind KOTF/Story Seal™ one hundred percent. We not only develop the products but we also extensively test them with automated testing as well as with hands on human evaluation process. If you’d like to request a refund, please let me know through our contact form. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask you to meet the following refund policy conditions:
- All refund requests must be opened via our contact form.
- If you have any problems getting our products to work we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days. But, as we stand by our products and provide full technical support as an important part of our products, first, you will be requested to provide us with necessary access to your site so that we can fully test, debug and/or install the purchased products. You agree to allow us to try and help solve any problem you have with the purchased products. If you cannot provide us with this access in a timely and cooperative manner, you relinquish the right to the refund. If we are unable to fix the issues found with our products in a timely manner, refund will be granted.
- We cannot grant refunds after 14 days of the original purchase.
- We cannot grant refunds on automatic renewal payments. We will send you two reminder emails. First one, a month and the second one, two weeks prior to your renewal date. You may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed. You can do that from your account. Please note, if for any reason you don’t receive these emails, it can’t be the reason to claim a refund, as we send them just as reminders. We recommend whitelisting email addresses from flamexp.com to ensure you get the reminder: flamexp.com. These reminders are sent to the email address associated with your purchase.
- Our Story Seal will work as described.
- Story Seal will include all of the features described in our feature list.
- We will provide full technical support to every active license Story Seal Profile.
Refunds will not be considered under any of the following:
- You’ve changed your mind.
- You’ve decided Story Seal is “not what I need.
- You’re like me and sometimes don’t know how or forget how to operate your phone or computer
- You don’t have the time to activate Story Seal.
- You’ve found a different solution.
- Features marked as experimental or in beta stage of development and not working as expected are not grounds for a refund to be processed.
- Your purchase is older than 14 days (no exceptions).
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing product(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
- If you choose to cancel your subscription your license will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer have access to file downloads, updates, upgrades or technical support.
